Shipping Policy

At Super Chic’ Wigs & Hair, we aim to deliver a smooth and transparent shipping experience. All orders move through three stages: Fulfillment, Processing, and Shipping.

Stage 1: Fulfillment

This is the first step of your order journey.
Once your purchase is completed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email. This confirms that your payment was successful and your order has officially entered our system.

Stage 2: Processing

During the processing stage, our team completes the finishing touches on your handcrafted wig and prepares it for shipment.
Our processing time is:

⏱️ 3–5 BUSINESS DAYS
(Business days do not include weekends or holidays.)

This window ensures that every wig meets our quality standards before it leaves our studio.

Stage 3: Shipping

After processing is complete, your shipping label will be created. You will then receive an Order Fulfillment Email containing your tracking number.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 days AFTER the processing period ends, please check your spam/junk folder.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Estimated Delivery Times:

U.S. Orders: 2–3 business days (varies by location)
International Orders: 6–10 business days

International Shipping Details

Please note the following for international customers:

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or mailing centers. A physical address is required.
Your country may apply customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packages held in customs may experience additional delays of 1–5 business days.
